We make the best handcrafted decadent European-style Mystic River Chocolate Cafe® drinking chocolate, and our very own recipe of soft serve ice cream. Mystic River Chocolate’s single-origin heirloom handcrafted artisan bars are made with cacao nibs from small farms. We offer everything for the chocolate purist, to the adventurous looking for unique flavors, like Sea Salt Chocolate, Lavender Honey Chocolate, Rose Chocolate, and more!
We began making bars over 13 years ago, and we are happy to say that we have over 70 different bars! Most of our bars are organic and vegan. Looking for dark chocolate, or something sweet? We offer bars with 100%, 90%, 85%, 72%, 70% and 55% cacao, as well as 32%-40% Dark Milk and 28% White Chocolate. We also offer 100% bars sweetened with Monk Fruit, with zero added sugar!
